We have enjoyed the Focaccia Bread recipe and making hot loaves of it to serve to family and friends. They all rave about it and ask for the recipe. Now we can just refer them to Katie’s blog! A big thumbs up for this recipe!!
We made the bread and took pictures and it was wonderful. So yummy. We felt like it turned out really well but not quite as high as your loaf was. We cooked it at the 25 minutes and Laren said he might like it even a couple more minutes “so itis like Katies”. I thought that was about perfect. Loved the herbs, thanks for the tip on where to get them. So, I took tons of pictures. Do you want any or all? So, any tip on it raising just a bit higher (maybe a tad bit more yeast? or raising it in a slightly warmer environment (ours was 70 degrees).? Anyway, it was amazing and fun to have it when we want it.
